Terms & Conditions

Catering Delivery and Setup

  • Orders include disposable biodegradable utensils and serviettes.
  • Catering setup includes the use of wooden crates, boards, and foliage belonging to The Plattering Co Pte Ltd. All equipment and decorations will be collected upon teardown.
  • Your tables are required on-site for setup. (Tables are not provided). If required, tables are available for rental under the Add-on Rental and Services section when placing orders online.

Order Confirmation

  • Orders must be confirmed at least 5 working days in advance of the event date and are subject to slot availability.

Order Cancellation and Postponement

  • Postponement of events is permitted with no penalty for requests made more than 4 working days before the event date.
  • Cancellations and refunds are not permitted. 
  • Postponement of events is permitted with a fee of 50% of the invoice amount for requests made less than 3 working days prior to the event date.
  • Postponements are not permitted less than 1 day before the event date. No refunds will be permitted.
  • Events postponed must be rescheduled and held within 2 months of the original event date.

Large or Customised Orders

  • For orders more than 100pax or for customisation requests (menu, decor, etc), please contact us at hello@theplatteringco.com.
